Security Officer Mobile Patrol Associate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns;
Monitor access to the location by observing visitor activity, verifying authorized entry points, and reporting suspicious behavior in accordance with site procedures;
Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with routine inquiries, maintaining awareness of daily activity, and reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel
