Protects and provides a safe environment for the hospitals, parking facilities, satellite facilities, employees, patients, and visitors;
Assists in controlling access to the facility by patrolling buildings, grounds, and work sites;
Acts as a first responder to all emergency incidents, as needed;
Intervenes when suspicious or abnormal behavior is observed or reported and detains persons when reasonable suspicion exists;
Reports on security and safety hazards and conducts patrols of the hospital, satellite clinics, parking lots and grounds
