As a Security Officer Full Time Access Governance in Allentown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, and supporting site policies. You will use computer or tablet systems as needed, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific access-control policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.

* Monitor and control access points, verify employee, visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials, and maintain required entry and exit documentation.

* Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify unusual conditions.

* Follow site procedures for visitor management, vehicle access, package and delivery coordination, and protection of restricted production areas.

Minimum Requirements:

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
