Redner's Markets - 85 Airport Road - Responsibilities:
Detect internal and external theft and manage situations according to company standards;
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets;
Monitor closed circuit television systems, if applicable;
Enforce company security and loss prevention procedures;
Conduct daily store audits;
Conduct weekly receiving audits;
Conduct weekly out of code audits;
Represent the company in legal matters when needed and report dispositions of all cases;
Maintain and submit all necessary documentation including apprehension reports, employee warnings, audits and weekly reports;
Maintain and submit documentation pertaining to hours worked and mileage reimbursement;
Abide by and enforce all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook
