** Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

** Candidates must be at least 21 years of age (C101).

** Access Control/Badge Experience
** Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201).

** Alarm Panel Experience
** Candidates must have experience operating alarm panels (B202).

** Computer/Tablet Proficiency
** Candidates should be comfortable using computers or tablets for daily tasks (B204).

** Customer Service Experience
** Candidates must have prior experience in customer service roles (B219).

** Physical Requirements
** Candidates should be able to lift more than 20 lbs (B209).

** Loss Prevention Experience
** Candidates with experience in loss prevention will be given preference (B210).

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notification procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, access points, operational areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

+ Monitor access control activities, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.

+ Observe for unusual conditions, potential hazards, or unauthorized activity and promptly report concerns to appropriate site personnel.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
