** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Familiarity with alarm panel operations is required for relevant positions.

** Proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks is essential.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Previous experience in customer service roles is necessary to ensure a high level of client interaction.

** Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is preferred for applicable roles.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, access points, processing areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Prepare clear incident reports, document daily activities, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
