** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for personnel.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Experience with alarm panel systems is essential. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm system operations, troubleshooting, and response protocols.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is required. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications and performing tasks related to their job functions.

** CPR Certification
** Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. Free training is provided by Allied Universal to ensure all employees are equipped with life-saving skills.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** A background in customer service is highly desirable. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, campus policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with campus contacts and emergency responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of academic buildings, parking areas, walkways, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and observe campus activity, reporting suspicious conditions, hazards, policy violations, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.

+ Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.

* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
