We are seeking a skilled and dependable Entry-Level Tradesperson to support daily operations on our commercial construction projects.

• Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition.
• Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with measuring, cutting, and staging materials.
• Assist the concrete foreman with concrete-related tasks such as forming, pouring, finishing support, and site prep for concrete work.
• Load, unload, and distribute tools and building materials on site.
• Set up and take down temporary protections, barriers, and job site equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Follow directions from foremen and supervisors on daily tasks.
• Maintain dependable attendance and work productively with the crew.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in construction, contracting, concrete work, or similar trades is preferred
• Current OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
• Can safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, stairs, and climb out of ditches
• Must wear proper protective equipment at all times
• Physical ability to work in demanding environments
• Willing to travel for business purposes as needed

• Knowledge of general construction practices
• Capable of performing a variety of construction related tasks throughout various jobsites
