As a Fiber Optic Splicing Technician, perform splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic networks, supporting both new construction and ongoing service projects. This full-time role ensures network integrity, performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities- Familiar with various fiber optic splice enclosures and termination panels.
- Responsible for prepping and splicing various types of fiber cables (OSP, ADSS & OPGW).
- Testing of fiber optic infrastructure.
- OTDR testing, power meter testing and Fiber Identifier.
- Troubleshoot and check for problems and errors.
- Install equipment per scope
- Be able to complete a Daily Performance Report (DPR) in accurate timeline format
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Outside Plant Fiber Optic Fusion Splicing and Testing
- Basic knowledge in fiber cable technologies, structure, and handling a plus
- General knowledge of electrical processes a plus
