Perform maintenance and repair of electrical systems and components including wiring, lighting, nurse call, fire alarm, pneumatic tube, intercom;
Troubleshoot to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or replace damaged parts;
Maintain system integrity by inspecting and replacing old wiring, insulated cables, cleaning circuits; ensure breaker and panel labeling;
Perform testing and inspections and maintain records for emergency back-up systems as required by NFPA and The Joint Commission;
Respond to trouble calls, work requests, and emergency situations
