Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial boiler, chiller, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.;
Operate/maintain boiler, chillers and associated equipment.;
Complete repairs on assigned HVAC equipment to minimize disruptions to patient and staff services.;
Perform scheduled maintenance and document work performed according to Engineering procedures.;
May provide on-site training to hospital staff on proper use of equipment such as control systems.
