We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong Java expertise to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend systems. • Design and Development:
  Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and fault‑tolerant systems using Java.
• Performance Optimization:
  Ensure system responsiveness and efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and resolving performance issues.
• Code Quality:
  Maintain and enforce code quality through reviews, automating tests, and mentorship.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment:
  Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges.

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
