• Manage oversized, super-load, high-load, and permitted transportation projects from planning through execution
• Coordinate field personnel, transportation partners, dispatch operations, and operational logistics
• Support route planning, permitting coordination, and operational scheduling
• Monitor operational risks, project scope changes, and transportation requirements across active projects

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding customer operations and transportation needs
• Collaborate with customers to develop solutions for complex transportation challenges
• Represent Green Arrow professionally in highly visible operational environments

• Coordinate communication between operations, field teams, transportation partners, and leadership
• Support a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
• Assist with real-time problem-solving and decision-making during active transportation projects
• Help support operational growth and business development initiatives

• 3+ years of experience in specialized transportation, heavy haul, oversized loads, super-loads, or permitted transportation operations
• Experience coordinating transportation logistics, dispatch operations, or transportation projects
• Strong working knowledge of DOT transportation regulations and permitting requirements
