Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dependable and compassionate Transportation/Driver to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA.

The Transportation/Driver is responsible for safely transporting residents to and from appointments and other necessary destinations while providing a comfortable, respectful, and supportive experience.

• Full-Time

• Safely operate the facility vehicle to transport residents to physician appointments, dialysis, and other necessary destinations

• Assist residents with safely entering and exiting the vehicle

• Escort residents to and from appointments as needed

• Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and dignity throughout transportation

• Communicate with nursing staff regarding transportation schedules and resident needs

• Maintain the facility vehicle in a clean, safe, and orderly condition

• Complete transportation duties in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Valid driver's license in the state of Pennsylvania required

• Clean driving record required

• Previous transportation or healthcare experience preferred

• Ability to work professionally and compassionately with elderly and/or disabled residents

• Dependable, responsible, and safety-focused
