- - Responsibilities:
Verify returned product for accurate reason codes to ensure accounting reports reflect accurate data;
Process all documents (paper and digital) associated with returns and adjustments to customer orders to ensure inventory accuracy and customer invoice accuracy;
Unload backhaul trailers using powered industrial equipment and transport product to correct warehouse zone;
Inspect all product returned for appropriate disposition and ensure proper coding is applied;
Execute end of day processes and reports and address discrepancies
