1st Shift Warehouse Lead needed in Nazareth, PA!

Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Nazareth, PA in their search for a Warehouse Lead.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $19-22/hr

  Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily work activities of warehouse team
• Ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with schedules
• Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment
• Monitor team workflow and progress, providing guidance as needed
• Assist the supervisor and management team with implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and safe warehouse practices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor to support safe and effective operations
• Report operational issues, safety concerns, and workflow challenges to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Prior lead or team guidance experience preferred
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and OSHA standards
• Ability to support and guide team members under supervisor direction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible with assigned duties
• Bilingual
  - Spanish
