Distribution Tech
1. As a Distribution Tech1 you are responsible for supporting inventory management through data collection and organization, and contributing to the inventory management activities such as recording inventory levels and conducting cycle counts, working under close supervision.

Your role:

• Assisting in bringing the packages to and from the delivery truck.
• Building and prepping kit packs from scratch (inserting items into boxes with appropriate devices, components, and contents).
• Sorting consumable supplies for reuse or trash.
• Performing device prep including plugging, testing, cleaning, charging, purging data and scanning returned devices from patients, along with performing inventory transactions timely and accurately.
• Testing devices using computer‑assisted testing software, to meet or exceed predefined testing criteria.

• You have a high school diploma, vocational education, or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience as a warehouse operator preferred.
• Must be able to stand for longer periods of time.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Warehouse position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least three days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role in Linwood, PA.

The pay range for this position in Linwood, PA is $16.00 to $25.00 plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
