Warehouse Associate

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Associates to support high-volume logistics and fulfillment operations. In this fast-paced role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, unload trucks, move inventory using pallet jacks, and stage products for outbound delivery. You will use RF scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and ensure order accuracy. Associates must follow safety and quality standards, maintain a clean, organized work area, and meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stage incoming shipments
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
• Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory
• Verify order accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Meet or exceed daily performance and productivity goals
