Legacy Coop is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Office Administrator to join our agronomy team in Alliance, Nebraska. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer service and has working knowledge of computers and office procedures.

Responsibilities- Greets customers and answers phone professionally, courteously and businesslike
- Answers and asks customer questions to help meet their needs, referring to location manager or salesmen when appropriate
- Processes blend tickets, delivery tickets and counter sales for invoicing to the customer using Agvance and Oracle billing and inventory systems
- Maintains timely invoicing and proper paper trail of all documents
- Answers customer questions and resolves discrepancies related to billing
- Processes all customer payments
- Assists location manager with receipts, tracking, and monthly‑count reconciliation of all inventory
- Maintains files of all invoices, documents, and literature from vendors as deemed necessary by management and the department
- Assists all staff with maintaining the overall function of the office, including emails, ordering office supplies, and correspondence
- Assists in creating and running all sales and other reports as needed by the team
- Maintains a clean and orderly office area
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Education and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Language
Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts. - Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Physical Demands: Employee is required to talk or hear regularly; sit, use hands, lift, and occasionally move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required: close vision.
