• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Retail banking experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Unrestricted work authorization and no need for future sponsorship

• Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22/hour (final compensation may vary based on experience, education and skill level)
