As a Universal Representative, you will be at the heart of every member interaction, building meaningful relationships and guiding individuals toward financial success. In this role, you’ll do more than process transactions—you’ll discover needs, offer solutions, and create confidence every step of the way.

• Create strong member relationships by identifying needs and matching them with the right financial solutions
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Open and maintain accounts, ensuring each member’s experience is seamless and personalized
• Educate members on account options, loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and required documentation—making complex topics easy to understand
• Take a consultative, solutions‑focused approach to every interaction

Previous lending or financial institution experience is required.
