Position Summary
Responsible for the set up and operation of extrusion and other associated equipment.
Essential Functions- Education required/ preferred:
High School diploma or GED - Experience:
Production work preferred but not required - Preferred Skills/
Qualifications:- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic knowledge and use of hand tools
- Sound decision making skills
- Good math, reading, writing skills
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Mental and visual acuity for production of quality product
- Strong trouble shooting skills
- Skills/
Competencies:- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office package
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work well in a team environment - Assessment:
Employee must pass Pre‑employment screening
- Report directly to Value Stream Team Leader
- Work closely with Maintenance to resolve issues with the equipment.
- Lifting up to 10 lbs., 11–30 lbs.
- Bending, twisting/turning, reaching below knee, pushing/pulling, squat/kneel, standing/walking, sitting. No lifting above shoulders.
Safety glasses, Hearing protection, ANSI Z41 Safety Shoes, Kevlar gloves
