In addition to the duties of a Shift Manager, your daily responsibilities will also include:

• Leading a team of 4-12 by assigning tasks and evaluating performance
• Assisting in the planning and execution of special events and in-store promotions, ensuring necessary training is provided to make these events successful
• Helping with product ordering and inventory management as required

Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
:
Previous experience in restaurant operations, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.

You must be a strong communicator, able to engage with team members at all levels. Proficiency in computer systems is a plus.

This role demands flexibility as you'll work in various areas of the restaurant and operate computerized Point of Sale systems. You should be prepared to bend, stand, and walk throughout your shift, with the ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available across Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts, varying by location.
