Position

Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer / Service Consultant – Up to $109,000+ per year.

Location

Nationwide – automotive service advisor opportunities with dealerships and automotive groups in the U.S. and Canada.

Job Type

Full-Time. High pay with commission and bonuses.

About the Role

Car Guys Inc. connects automotive service advisors, service writers, and service consultants with top‑performing dealerships and automotive groups. We work with employers actively hiring customer‑focused service professionals who manage repair orders, communicate with customers, and drive service department revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with service needs.
  • Write repair orders and document customer concerns.
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings.
  • Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
  • Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of service.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
  • Upsell services and increase service department revenue.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a service advisor, service writer, or automotive service consultant.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to sell recommended services and build customer trust.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
