Realty Project Coach at Walmart Alliance, OH

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach you will lead our Realty Execution team in delivering store remodels, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, collaborate with store associates, and travel extensively to support projects across multiple states.

• Guide and motivate the hourly team to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Shift: Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

Travel:
Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles is required, with 80% of time away from home or 17–21 days at a time, based on project workload.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000 plus performance‑based bonus opportunities.

• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with either 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree in business or related field; 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams;
  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
