Our Therapeutic Alliance brings together skilled counsellors and dedicated administrative support to ensure young people can access the right help at the right time. We offer flexible support including school‑based sessions, community‑based counselling and secure online appointments.

AboutThe Role
- Deliver one‑to‑one counselling sessions and structured DBT/CBT‑informed group programmes for children and young people.
- Create safe, supportive therapeutic environments that encourage emotional expression, resilience and growth.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records including assessments, consent, session notes and evaluation tools.
- Work across schools, community settings and online platforms with flexibility, including evening delivery.
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by identifying and escalating concerns in line with policy and guidance.
- Contribute to service development through reflective practice, KPI reporting and participation in supervision and CPD.
- You are qualified to at least Level 4 in Counselling, with a Level 5 (or equivalent) Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
- You are registered with BACP or UKCP and committed to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- You have experience delivering counselling to children and young people.
- You can deliver both individual and group therapeutic sessions, including CBT‑informed and DBT‑informed approaches.
- You are confident handling safeguarding concerns, maintaining confidentiality and keeping accurate clinical records.
- You’re someone who wants to grow, you're keen to learn, open to feedback, and looking for a role where you can develop your skills and make a long‑term impact.
