Description
Starting Salary: $21 / hour and up.
What You’ll DoYou greet customers in the lobby, demonstrate mobile app or ATM use, create amazing experiences, provide personalized advice and solutions, connect customers to Bankers, educate customers about Citizens products, and follow all financial policies and procedures.

- High School degree or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrating customer experience, recommending and referring products and services.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs.
- Ability to problem‑solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Customer‑centric to deliver exceptional service.
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link.
- 1 year of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Motivates others through collaboration.
- Process‑oriented, energetic, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
- Hours per Week: 20.
- Work Schedule:
Varies with branch needs; may include weekends and evenings. - Pay Transparency – Salary range $21.00 – $22.70 per hour.
