Digital Marketing Specialist

AAA Ohio Auto Club (OAC) is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist
.

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to meet and/or exceed business objectives. You will initiate and manage tactics focused on increasing search engine visibility and driving visitors to convert on the AAA OAC website.

• Assist in the development of compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales.
• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to optimize web traffic and conversions
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to implement SEM & SEO strategies.
• Provide support in writing effective SEO content for blogs, local listings, location pages & directories, website and social media.
• Respond to comments, reviews and direct messages on all social media platforms.
• Assist members in solving technical issues on the website and AAA app.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or closely related field (required).
• 2 years' experience with digital marketing and search engine optimization.
• Microsoft Word, Excel And PowerPoint Experience (required).
• Experience with tools such as Google My Business, Yext and Yelp (required).
• Strong customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
