We are excited to be adding a Brake Press Operator to our team. You will set up and operate brake press equipment to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment, can read blueprints, accurately use precision measuring tools, and is committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

- Set up and operate CNC and/or manual brake press machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Select proper tooling and perform machine setups.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve accurate bends and dimensions.
- Work safely while maintaining production goals.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work area clean.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve production
- Previous brake press operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Experience with calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is a plus.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
