Job Title: General Laborer (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Alliance, OH
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a general labor position in Alliance with temp-to-hire potential
. Duties include assembly line work, stacking, packaging
, and other physically demanding tasks in a production environment. This role requires a strong team player who can follow directions, work well with others, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor in a production setting
- Assembly line, stacking, and packaging experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Able to work full shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
