Family Director​/Minister

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop ministry opportunities for youth in grades 6-12.
• Build meaningful relationships with students and their families.
• Plan and coordinate youth activities, Bible studies, fellowship events, and service opportunities.
• Develop and support family-oriented ministry programs.
• Use sports and recreational activities as opportunities for relationship-building and outreach.
• Recruit, equip, encourage, and coordinate volunteers involved in youth and family ministry.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Pastor, church staff, ministry teams, and volunteers.
• Help create a welcoming environment where children, teens, and families feel connected and valued.
• Participate in the life of the congregation through worship, special events, outreach, and other church activities.
• Support the church's mission of bringing everyone into a growing relationship with Christ.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine love for Jesus Christ and a desire to help others grow in faith.
• Enjoys working with teenagers, children, and families.
• Is relational, energetic, creative, and able to connect with people of different ages and backgrounds.
• Can recruit and work effectively with volunteers.
• Is organized and able to manage multiple ministry activities and responsibilities.
• Has a heart for community outreach and service.
• Can work collaboratively with church staff and lay leaders.
• Has education and/or experience in ministry, Christian education, youth ministry, family ministry, or a related field.

Education and experience will be considered when determining salary.
