Position: Medical Records - LPN - Full Time

Responsibilities

The Medical Records LPN will maintain all medical records in the facility for proper order and completeness.

  • Prepare admissions and re-admission chart records both hard copy and electronic.
  • Complete audits and validation reports communicating all findings to DON.
  • Maintain the records of all discharged residents in proper order.
Job Requirements

  • Education:

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Experience:

    Prior training desirable but not necessary. Will receive job training and in-service. Experience in Long Term Care field preferred.
  • Certificate/License: RHIT credential is desirable but not required.
