Detox LPN Alliance

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide vital nursing care in a withdrawal management setting.

• Gathering patient history and physical information, assisting with intake, and documenting accurately.
• Administering prescribed medications, monitoring for adverse reactions, and educating patients about medications.
• Conducting frequent rounding, collecting vitals, following medical orders, and responding to emergencies.
• Creating a safe, supportive environment, addressing crises, and implementing de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, managing communication, and supporting treatment plans.

• Current LPN license and ability to practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Experience with withdrawal protocols, substance use disorder treatment, and cultural competence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software.

Additional duties include maintaining confidentiality, adhering to regulations, and performing routine administrative tasks.
