• Active and unrestricted Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and assisting residents with mobility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Promote resident comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and patient safety standards
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility needs as required
