Care Med Health Solutions is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care services to residents living in long-term care facilities. You will diagnose and treat chronic wounds, prescribe medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
This role requires an unrestricted NP license (KY) and board certification, with experience in wound care and EMR systems. DEA licensure is optional; prior long-term care experience is preferred.
