Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees and recruits, hires, and trains staff.;
Schedules employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain store image.;
Develops, manages and assigns tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.;
Develops positive relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.;
