Customer Service Representative

• Greet customers and run the register
• Cashier operations and providing purchase suggestions
• Work with our food program when required
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Accomplish daily tasks with a fun, energetic team
• Assist with solving problems and providing suggestions

• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate politely and engage friendly conversation
• Capable of working quickly while having fun
• Team player who meets daily goals
• Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking
• Experience in retail or cashiering preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with twisting for up to one hour per shift
• Perform eye‑hand coordination and climb ladders as needed

$11.00 to $12.30 per hour
