Full‑Time Sales Representative – Immediate Hire – First Sale Bonus – Paid Training.

Location:

Walmart 2541 – Alliance, OH 44601. On behalf of NRG, we are looking for Retail Sales Associates with enthusiastic personalities to promote our energy services in a retail store setting.

• Work within your local retailer’s store.
• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs.
• Learn to uncover customer desires and overcome objections.
• Build professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
• No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• At least 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Average weekly earnings between $800–$1,000 (excluding bonuses).
