A company built to serve you. We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to make a difference in Alliance, OH and become our newest Shelter Insurance Agent.

• Develop new contacts and establish a presence in the community.
• Build and maintain client relationships and communicate effectively in a sales environment.
• Manage your own agency: prospect clients, sell Shelter products, and oversee general administrative duties.
• Lead and, if desired, recruit staff to support agency operations.
• Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
• Handle any remaining financial obligations (e.g., advertising contracts, phone bills, utilities) if the agency is terminated.

• Motivated attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in real estate, retail sales, education, coaching, or similar sales-oriented roles.
• Sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
