Position: AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT GENIUS

Mills Auto Group – Charlotte, NC – Full Time.

Mills Automotive Group is hosting its first Automotive Product Genius Job Fair on August 3rd at the new Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Pineville. This role is ideal for an outgoing person who enjoys interacting and assisting people with their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Use social media tools (Facebook, You Tube, Instagram) to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
  • Contact the current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunities.
  • Reply and follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and walk‑in customers.
  • Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high‑quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Social media and brand awareness experience is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality.
  • Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check for employment.
