• Work within your local retailer
• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas
• Help customers lower their energy costs
• Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections
• Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues
• Welcome customers and offer solutions courteously
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and celebrate success
• Never conduct door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals each month
• Greet customers and offer assistance
• Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products
• Provide detailed information on products and services, building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team efforts and related outcomes as required
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly

• Regular and prompt attendance
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas or goals
• Maintain high customer/client satisfaction, evidenced by low rejection rates and minimal complaints

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
