Kitchen and Bath Showroom Salesperson

Robertson’s delivers the highest quality product & best value to customers; is an industry leader in distributing a wide range of HVAC, plumbing & hydronic products; also specializing in Kitchen and Bath, we have 7 Kitchen and Bath Showrooms in 3 states.

We are currently seeking an ambitious, career-oriented Showroom Sales Person for our Kitchen and Bath Showroom in Alliance, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills along with the experience to successfully assume profit and loss responsibilities. We hire talented and motivated people and provide them with the opportunity to succeed. Previous bath and kitchen sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with similar experience.

The ideal candidate must be sales driven, be able to provide exceptional customer service, be able to multitask and enjoy working in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Candidate should have an aptitude for design and like helping others to design the baths and kitchens of their dreams. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in the kitchen/bath/retail sales arena.

The expected Showroom hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, Thursdays 8am to 7pm, and Saturdays 9am to 1pm.

Duties Include:

Provide customers with all relevant product information, including product specifications, pricing, and availability

Process sales orders, purchase orders, and returns accurately and efficiently

Design & provide project layouts that are both dimensionally correct as well as practical and logical for installation

Increase market share and identify new markets

Manage the assets and resources of the business to increase ROI and profitability

Requirements:20/20 or equivalent CAD design program knowledge & experience is preferred

Experience in the Kitchen & Bath/Builder remodeler industry

Passion for sales, customer service, & design

Ability to handle multiple jobs& projects simultaneously

Superior verbal & written communication skills

Compensation:

The position is hourly with an aggressive commission opportunity.

Hourly rate starts at $18.50-$20.00 depending on experience & previous employment history

Uncapped commission potential

Yearly personal & company bonus potential
