Qualified Lifeguards – Alliance Family YMCA (Summer 2026)
Various shifts available.
Qualifications- At least 15 years of age
- Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
- Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid certification
- Willingness to be trained if not certified
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – OPENER – 5:15 am
- Oversee safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
- Attend mandatory in‑service trainings
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
- Be rescue‑ready at all times during shift
$12.00 – commensurate with experience. Part‑time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
