We are pleased to be recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our Early Help Team within Children’s Services in Clackmannanshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a supportive, close-knit, and forward-thinking team, focused on delivering early, preventative support to children, young people, and families.

The Role

As a Social Worker in the Early Help Team, you will:

* Undertake early intervention and preventative work with children and families

* Complete strengths-based assessments and develop proportionate support plans

* Work collaboratively with families to build resilience and improve outcomes

* Engage closely with partner agencies, including education, health, and third-sector services

* Manage a varied caseload, prioritising timely and effective interventions

* Maintain high-quality case recording and contribute to multi-agency meetings

What We’re Looking For

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work

* SSSC registration (or eligibility)

* Experience in children and families social work (Early Help / preventative experience desirable)

* Strong communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills

* A commitment to child-centred, strengths-based practice
