Associate Director of Sales

The Atlas Hotel in Regina seeks an Associate Director of Sales to drive group, corporate, and event revenue for our independent hotel and conference destination. In this leadership role, you'll manage key accounts, build new business, and collaborate with events and operations to deliver memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading proposals and site visits, negotiating contracts, forecasting, and mentoring the sales team.
