Flow Cytometry QC Specialist - 3rd shift

Join a Quality Control (QC) team supporting the testing of cell and gene therapy products manufactured under cGMP guidelines. This role is responsible for laboratory testing, data review, documentation, and ensuring the quality of in-process, release, and stability samples.

• Perform Flow Cytometry, Cell Counting, Cell Culture, Sterility (BACT), Endotoxin (LAL), and Visual Inspection testing.
• Review analytical data, record test results, and maintain accurate laboratory documentation in paper and electronic systems.
• Support laboratory operations through equipment maintenance and general lab activities.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and participate in Quality Events including Deviations and Out of Specification (OOS) investigations.
• Perform all activities in compliance with cGMP and cGDP requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical laboratory.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Cytometry (required) and multiple QC laboratory methodologies including Cell Culture, Cell Counting, Sterility (BACT), Endotoxin (LAL), and Visual Inspection.
• Experience using LIMS, electronic laboratory notebooks, and laboratory instrument software.
• Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate laboratory records.

• Estimated hourly range: $45-$55/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
