Join a Quality Control team supporting laboratory testing activities in a GMP biopharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on performing analytical testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Flow Cytometry, Cell Culture, Cell Counting, Sterility (BACT), Endotoxin (LAL), and Visual Inspection testing.
• Perform technical reviews of raw data and maintain accurate laboratory records in paper and electronic systems.
• Support routine laboratory and equipment maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGDP, and laboratory documentation requirements.
• Utilize LIMS/Electronic Lab Notebook and laboratory instrument software for data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 2-4 years of GMP biopharmaceutical laboratory experience.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Cytometry, Cell Culture, Sterility (BACT), Endotoxin (LAL), Cell Counting, and Visual Inspection.
• Experience working in a cGMP environment with LIMS/Electronic Lab Notebook.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and laboratory documentation skills.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $35-$40/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
