IAC Group's Alma, Michigan facility seeks a Paint Technician for the automated paint line. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize paint robots, flame treatment robots, conveyors, and related automation to ensure paint quality and uptime.
The role requires strong problem-solving and collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
