How you’ll contribute- Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the acute rehab unit.
- Assist and coordinate the intake and pre‑admission screening process.
- Perform on‑site clinical judgment to determine patient appropriateness for admission.
- Communicate rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families and assess expectations and participation requirements.
- Secure information relating to patients’ resources and benefits.
- Act as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities.
- Spend around 80% of the day in assigned territory.

- Clinical licensure as an RN, PT, OT, or SLP and a bachelor’s degree.
- Previous clinical experience required, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous marketing/sales experience preferred.
- Formal sales training preferred.
