As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and growing our Heavy Duty Parts program across the Alma, MI. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to a rapidly growing segment of our business.

Key Responsibilities Use your Heavy Duty Parts expertise (minimum 2 years, all‑makes preferred) to support customers with accurate parts identification and solutions.

Demonstrate our “Never Say No” philosophy by gathering the right information to locate any Heavy Duty Truck part needed.

Partner with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to identify new sales opportunities and promote our full Heavy Duty product line.

Provide timely follow‑up with customers to ensure correct part selection and exceptional service.

Assist management in developing and executing sales promotions to drive Heavy Duty growth.

Help establish and maintain Heavy Duty inventory levels for supported stores based on customer demand.

Make daily outbound sales calls to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Heavy Duty Parts, with a strong preference for comprehensive knowledge across all makes.

Proven ability to effectively source and identify Heavy Duty Truck parts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
